What drove you to choose a career in your discipline?
I have always had a passion for language and helping others. Speech Pathology has turned out to be a beautiful mix of two of my passions in life! Once I started working in this field, I have not looked back.
Do you have any special interest areas in therapy?
Whilst I am still at the point in my career where I am eager to learn as much as possible, I have a real passion for working in the Early Childhood Intervention area. But if you ask me the same question next week, you might get a different answer!
What’s your favourite part of your job?
Seeing my clients achieve their goals. Whether big or small goals, celebrating their wins will always be my favourite part of being a Speech Pathologist.
Why did you join Superyou?
The teams are incredibly supportive, and I feel that team culture helps us support our client’s to the best of our abilities. Also, in the allied health space, having an organisation that is always striving to change and improve the way we support clients is so important.
What does Reimagining Therapy look like to you?
Being able to be the best clinicians we can be for our team and clients.
