What drove you to choose a career in your discipline?
I decided to become an OT because I really enjoy helping people. I love how OT looks at the whole person including physical, emotional, and social aspects and how it can make a big difference in someone’s life. Helping people gain independence and feel confident in their daily activities is what keeps me passionate about this work.
Do you have any special interest areas in therapy?
I am interested in neurodiversity affirming practice and emotional regulation.
What’s your favourite part of your job?
Seeing progress and changes in one’s life.
Why did you join Superyou?
I first got drawn to Superyou at the Grad House Party in 2023. It was the first time I saw car modifications and all sorts of cool tech that I had never come across at uni. I loved the idea of being part of a group that is always pushing boundaries and thinking creatively to improve people’s quality of life.
What does Reimagining Therapy look like to you?
Think outside the box and keep improving practice.
