Nebojsha Franich (Nebs) is an experienced leader and business strategist with a passion for community development. He has significant experience working in leadership positions in the corporate and for-purpose sectors, and is highly adept in using stakeholder engagement and data analysis to formulate business strategy.
Nebs has a passion for helping people realise their potential. As a leader, he sees his role as an enabler to ensure employees have the resources, investment and support they need to achieve professional growth. Through this approach, Nebs believes employees will be fully engaged in their roles and will deliver the highest quality of service to clients. This is a key way in which he believes Superyou Therapy is reimagining therapy for people with disability in WA.
Nebs holds a BComm (Economics) and BComm Honours (Economics) at Curtin University. As part of his Honours Degree, Nebs’ Thesis was a policy evaluation on the NDIS.
