Job Title	Team Leader - Occupational Therapist

Position Description	We're on a hunt for a Team Leader (OT) to join our hub in Bassendean - the role will be leading a team of OT Clinicians for the clinic, working alongside our Clinical Manager who will be there to support you every step of the way! Your role: Provides clinical leadership, supervision, mentorship and coaching in the field of occupational therapy, including overseeing clinical service delivery, the promoting the training and development of clinical staff, and the conducting of performance appraisals. Design appropriate therapy and equipment recommendations and support plans Collaborate with the inter-disciplinary team of Superyou clinicians to share knowledge and ideas. A bit about yourself: Have 4+ years practical experience Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy AHPRA registration A commitment to delivering person-centred, high-quality services An ongoing desire to improve and achieve professional growth A creative and inquisitive mind, with a willingness to try new things A few more things you'll need: Australian Drivers Licence and reliable vehicle NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children’s Check, First Aid Certificate Sound like you?
