The
Role
This
is a role for someone who’s confident, people-savy, and ready to take
ownership. You’ll manage multiple marketing projects and channels, create
engaging content, and bring our brand to life across everything you touch. You’ll
work across multiple brands in a fast-growing and innovative therapy
organisation. Every day will be different, so you’ll need to be both adaptable
and self-motivated, while enjoying the support of a fun, close-knit team.
Key
Responsibilities - Manage and execute marketing campaigns
across multiple channels with consistent brand messaging
- Create compelling content and collateral,
including written content, basic graphic design, and branded materials
- Support digital marketing initiatives,
including social media, SEO, paid social media, Google Ads, and website content
- Analyse marketing performance, report on
key metrics, and identify client-driven marketing opportunities
- Produce internal and external
communications including email campaigns and online content
- Coordinate with internal and external
stakeholders (e.g., printers, designers, merch suppliers)
- Keep marketing operations running smoothly
(e.g. adhoc photography and filming, invoicing,
collateral stocktakes, team admin)
- Contribute fun and creative ideas - we love
new thinking!
What
We’re Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree in marketing,
communications, or a related field
- A strong understanding of marketing
fundamentals
- 1–2 years’ experience in a similar role
(internships and industry placements also considered)
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office
(Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with digital marketing, social
media platforms, and content creation
- Understanding of online tools like Google
Analytics and Google Ads
- Excellent communication skills (bonus if
you’ve got copywriting experience!)
- Confidence working independently and
managing multiple priorities
- A collaborative spirit and a great attitude
- Comfort in a fast-paced, agile environment
