Your Role:

  • Liaise with National Disability Insurance Scheme participants and their networks
  • Provide evidence-based assessments, services and recommendations to people in their homes, in community environments, and in Superyou clinic locations
  • Collaborate with the trans-disciplinary team of Superyou clinicians to share knowledge and ideas
  • Contribute to initiatives related to service innovation and continuous improvement

What you’ll need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in your relevant field with 0-2 years experience 
  • Australian Drivers Licence and reliable vehicle
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Working with Children’s Check
  • Registration with the relevant Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency

  • 4+ years practical experience 
  • Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology
  • AHPRA registration
  • Experience in sensory regulation, emotional regulation and mealtimes desired but not essential
  • A commitment to delivering person-centred, high-quality services
  • An ongoing desire to improve and achieve professional growth
  • A creative and inquisitive mind, with a willingness to try new things

This is what you’ll be responsible for: 

  • Assisting in the design, implementation and analysis of marketing campaigns and social media strategies for all organisational brands.
  • Managing a range of social media platforms ensuring consistent brand messaging.
  • Content development including online written content, graphic design elements and
  • producing a broad range of branded marketing collateral, plus more!
  • Contributing to the effective implementation and management of digital marketing campaigns, including Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and paid social media.
  • Working with external branding agencies, graphic designers, printers and other professionals to develop marketing collateral.
  • Regularly analysing and reporting on key trends, social metrics and performance, and identifying effective marketing opportunities and solutions.
  • Producing and ensuring that all communication materials including e-newsletters are circulated to internal and external stakeholders in a timely manner. 

You’ll need to have:

  • 2 – 5 years’ experience in a similar role with a solid knowledge of digital marketing trends, techniques and social media platforms including scheduling platforms.
  • Experience with Google Analytics and AdWords.
  • Exceptional copywriting skills. Proficient WordPress (CMS) skills.
  • Ability to work independently, proactively, and manage multiple tasks of varying nature, with minimal direction.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the community services sector
  • A great attitude and ease in working with a variety of people.

Your Role:

  • Liaise with National Disability Insurance Scheme participants and their networks
  • Provide evidence-based assessments, services and recommendations to people in their homes, in community environments, and in Superyou clinic locations
  • Collaborate with the trans-disciplinary team of Superyou clinicians to share knowledge and ideas
  • Contribute to initiatives related to service innovation and continuous improvement


What you’ll need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in your relevant field with 0-2 years experience 
  • Australian Drivers Licence and reliable vehicle
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Working with Children’s Check
  • Registration with the relevant Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency
  • First Aid Certification
  • A focus on exceeding, not just achieving, client goals
  • A commitment to delivering person-centred, high-quality services
  • An ongoing desire to improve and achieve professional growth
  • A desire to reimagine therapy in WA.

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about providing first-class client experiences to lead our client relationship and scheduling services at Superyou Therapy.

Your role

  • Management of Scheduling & Client Relationship officer teams to ensure Superyou clients are receiving a first-class client experience during the referral, onboarding and scheduling stages of the client journey and at other key client touch points.
  • Develop and implements innovative, industry leading practices to enhance the client journey at Superyou; in relation to referral, onboarding, scheduling, client invoicing, client feedback or service exit.
  • Develop efficient processes, workflows, policies and procedures for the Client Relationship and Scheduling teams and ensure these are being adhered to.
  • Become the reliable point of contact and collaboration for the Client Relationship and Scheduling teams to ensure strong business relationships are maintained with other areas in Superyou.

 

You’ll need to have:

  • An innovative mind that questions whether things could be done better; and takes action to make it happen.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
  • 3+ years’ experience in customer service role
  • 1+ years’ experience in a leadership position
  • Proficient in the use of technology including email, the internet, Microsoft Office and client management systems.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills and the ability to develop good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • An in depth understanding of rights, needs and requirements of people with disability, including from diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Full Australian working rights
  • Current Australian driver’s licence.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check.
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module
