So, what does the program involve?
- 80+ hours of disability-specific training in the first 6 months
- After 6 months, you’ll get another 4 months’ of training in areas of your interest
- Graded progression in onboarding clients over 4 months, helping you to adapt to managing a caseload while maintaining your wellbeing
- 25+ hours of clinical and peer supervision over the first 6 months
- Shadowing opportunities across disciplines

- Contribute to exciting new initiatives to innovate Superyou’s service and continuously improve the client experience
- Make a lasting, meaningful difference in people’s lives

- Manage external consultants and partners, ensuring they deliver boundary-pushing work that aligns with Superyou’s reputation and strategic vision, while staying within scope, timeframes, and budget.
- Organise inspiring events that amplify Superyou’s leadership in the therapy sector.
What we’re looking for: - A marketing leader with at least 3 years’ experience leading high-performing marketing teams
- Proven experience in brand-building, digital marketing, internal comms and innovative content creation.
- Strong understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media platforms, WordPress and Hubspot.
- A passion for data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Experience in managing marketing budgets and achieving a high ROI.
