Superyou Senior Occupational Therapists:

  • Liaise with NDIS participants and their networks to understand a person’s needs and define their goals
  • Design appropriate therapy and equipment recommendations and support plans
  • Provide evidence-based OT assessments and services to people in their homes, in community environments, and in Superyou clinic locations
  • Evaluate participant progress and outcomes
  • Develop accurate, timely and high-quality reports
  • Collaborate with the inter-disciplinary team of Superyou clinicians to share knowledge and ideas
  • Contribute to initiatives related to service innovation and continuous improvement
  • Provide clinical supervision, support and mentoring of other team members; direct management of a team of 3-6 clinicians
  • Lead a positive and innovative work culture

  • A salary range of $90-110K + $14.4K vehicle allowance and salary packaging of up to $18,550.

What you’ll need: 

  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
  • Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency
  • Prior experience supervising a team or looking to take that next step.

  • An ability to develop positive relationships through empathy and effective communication, including with people from all backgrounds

You will also need the following compliances:

  • Australian Drivers Licence and reliable vehicle.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check.
  • Working with Children’s Check.
  • First Aid Certificate
