What you’ll get as part of our team: 

Choosing where to start your career as a clinician is a big deal. As a Superyou Kickstarter, you’ll be a valued member of our team from the get-go, and you’ll get the training opportunities we think everyone in the sector should be getting.

Our program has been designed by experienced allied health clinicians, FOR clinicians - so you can imagine how well equipped and supported you will be during AND after the program (think training opportunities, supervision, mentorship, shadowing opportunities... it's endless!)

You’ll get to work with an expanding and diverse multidisciplinary team, with opportunities to shadow clinicians within your own and other disciplines. And because we’re not afraid to try new things (and keep it fresh), you’ll be encouraged to collaborate with your peers and share your ideas – big and small!

So, what does the program involve? 

• 80+ hours of disability-specific training in the first 6 months
• After 6 months, you’ll get another 4 months’ of training in areas of your interest
• Graded progression in onboarding clients over 4 months, helping you to adapt to managing a caseload while maintaining your wellbeing
• 25+ hours of clinical and peer supervision over the first 6 months
• Shadowing opportunities across disciplines

In return for your dedicated work:

• Kick off your career with a $84.4K starting package + superannuation on top!
• Salary packaging of up to $18,550 (reducing your taxable income)
• Regular social and wellness events
• Access to internal reward & recognition platform.
• $1K each year to support your own professional development + 3 days paid study leave 
• 3 Superyou days per year – on top of annual leave – extra days for you to do what you like!
• Industry-leading employee referral program, earn $3K for successfully referring another clinician!

Your Role: 

• Work with NDIS participants and their networks – health professionals, agencies, families, and carers to understand a person’s needs and define their goals
• Provide evidence-based assessments, services and recommendations to people in their homes and in community environments (and in Superyou clinic locations, where necessary)
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team of Superyou clinicians to share knowledge and ideas
• Contribute to exciting new initiatives to innovate Superyou’s service and continuously improve the client experience
• Make a lasting, meaningful difference in people’s lives

What you’ll need:

• Tertiary qualifications in your relevant field
• Australian Drivers Licence and reliable vehicle
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Working with Children’s Check
• Registration with AHPRA
• First Aid Certification

The Role

We’re looking for a dynamic leader to oversee Superyou’s marketing and communications strategy. In this role, you’ll shape how our brand is perceived, craft innovative campaigns, and foster internal engagement that will drive our team’s success and passion to Reimagine Therapy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire the marketing and communications team to embrace creativity, take bold risks, and push the boundaries of traditional marketing. Foster a high performance culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Mentor, guide, and support team members in their professional development, encouraging them to challenge the status quo and think outside the box.
• Develop and lead innovative brand, marketing, and engagement strategies that position Superyou as a thought leader in the therapy sector.
• Spearhead market value propositions and go-to-market launch strategies for new products and services.
• Lead the design and implementation of a high-impact social content strategy to build authentic community engagement.
• Manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, paid social media, and email marketing.
• Continuously enhance our digital presence and website, using analytics to optimise performance.
• Champion experimental design and data driven decision making when undertaking marketing and communication initiatives
• Develop and manage an internal communications strategy that not only informs of key organisational happenings but motivates, connecting the team through the celebration of achievements and innovative practices. 
• Manage external consultants and partners, ensuring they deliver boundary-pushing work that aligns with Superyou’s reputation and strategic vision, while staying within scope, timeframes, and budget.
• Organise inspiring events that amplify Superyou’s leadership in the therapy sector.

What we’re looking for:

• A marketing leader with at least 3 years’ experience leading high-performing marketing teams 
• Proven experience in brand-building, digital marketing, internal comms and innovative content creation.
• Strong understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media platforms, WordPress and Hubspot. 
• A passion for data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Experience in managing marketing budgets and achieving a high ROI.
• A leader who embodies our values of compassion, courage, collaboration, respect, and resilience, and who can foster a positive and engaging work environment.
• Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, or a related field.
