The Client Relationship Officer will:

  • Respond to all enquiries and referrals and provide initial contact to potential clients and/or their representatives.
  • Liaise with potential clients and/or their representatives to understand their therapy needs and preferences and determine whether Superyou Therapy could be suitable.
  • Administer service bookings in the National Disability Insurance Scheme’s portal and the organisation’s claims system.
  • Liaise with relevant internal and external stakeholders regarding new service bookings and service variations, including Schedulers to inform them of services that require scheduling and clients/their representatives to confirm service variations.
  • Engage with potential clients and/or their representatives at key points of their customer journey, including to collect information on customer satisfaction and to organise the renewal/make alterations to existing service agreements.
  • Oversight of client enquiry and referral email in-box and subsequent actioning or delegation to relevant team members Provide administrative support to team members.

About the role

  • Leading a team of Occupation Therapists, including clinical supervision & line management 
  • Manage a paediatric (birth – 18 years) caseload, providing evidence-based OT assessments and services in home, community, and Superyou clinic locations
  • Liaise with NDIS participants and their supports – families, carers, health professionals, agencies – to understand the client’s needs and define their goals
  • Design appropriate therapy and equipment recommendations and support plans
  • Collaborate with the inter-disciplinary team of Superyou clinicians to share knowledge and ideas

What you’ll get
 

  • $90k - $110k base salary + $14.4K vehicle allowance + salary packaging
  • $2.5K each year for your own professional development
  • Central office location - Cannington

What you’ll need

  • 3+ years practical experience 
  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
  • AHPRA registration Experience in sensory regulation, emotional regulation and mealtimes desired but not essential
  • A commitment to delivering person-centred, high-quality services
  • An ongoing desire to improve and achieve professional growth
  • A creative and inquisitive mind, with a willingness to try new things


You will also need the following compliances

  • Australian Drivers Licence and reliable vehicle
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Working with Children’s Check
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Proof of Covid-19 Vaccination
