Eliza is an Occupational Therapist with experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults across a range of areas, including autism, ADHD, psychosocial and mental health challenges, and developmental paediatrics. She is particularly passionate about working with neurodivergent individuals and their families, and brings a strong commitment to neuroaffirming, trauma‑informed, and family‑centred practice. Eliza’s work is guided by the belief that therapy should be respectful, validating, and tailored to each person’s unique strengths, needs, and neurotype. She also has a keen interest in chronic illness, women’s health, and hypermobility, particularly within neurodivergent populations.
Eliza’s approach to therapy is relaxed, fun, and highly person‑centred. She strives to create a safe and collaborative environment where clients feel respected, empowered, and supported to work towards goals that are meaningful to them. Sessions are flexible, strengths‑based, and shaped in partnership with clients and their families to ensure strategies are practical, sustainable, and embedded in everyday life. Eliza has completed training in the Ready Rocket Program and professional development focused on interoception, sensory processing, and emotional regulation, which inform her neuroaffirming and sensory‑based approaches. She is currently planning further training in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA), and hopes to one day pursue training in Animal Assisted Therapy.
Outside of work, Eliza is a mum to two wonderful neurodivergent children. She enjoys dancing and spending time with her pets, both of which bring balance and joy to her life. What she loves most about her work is supporting families and being part of each client’s journey towards growth, greater independence, and improved wellbeing.
