Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology + SPA membership

3+ years' experience as a Speech Pathologist

Proven experience in clinical supervision or leadership

Passion for person-centred, quality service delivery

NDIS Worker Screening Check, WWCC & First Aid Certificate

Join us and reimagine therapy! The Role We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Paediatric Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy services to children and young people, helping them achieve their goals and live their best lives. You’ll also play a key role in mentoring and supporting other therapists, contributing to service innovation, and leading with our values: Respect, Compassion, Courage, Resilience, and Collaboration. What You’ll Do - Provide evidence-based occupational therapy services in homes, schools, clinics, and community settings
- Support children with self-care, sensory regulation, play, school readiness, motor skills, and assistive technology
- Mentor and guide junior staff and students, fostering a culture of learning and professional growth
- Collaborate with families, educators, health professionals and other clinicians to deliver holistic services
- Contribute to service improvement and clinical leadership initiatives
About You - Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy and current AHPRA registration
- Experience as a Paediatric Occupational Therapist, ideally with some supervisory or mentoring responsibilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a team-focused mindset
- Knowledge of NDIS-funded services (desirable)
- Current Driver’s Licence, NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check and First Aid Certificate
