We’re upfront about our values

We prioritise flexibility, collaboration and wellbeing, because we know these are what our team wants so they can thrive and feel supported. How do we know? We asked!

We love receiving team feedback, almost as much as we love seeing the joy our staff feel when they’re empowered in their roles and creating real-world impacts into the lives of our clients.

So if you want to work in an environment that:

  • Leads with their values.
  • Celebrates what you do and supports you to do it.

  • Work/Life Balance: Flexible arrangements that adapt to your unique circumstances, not the other way around.
  • Career Path Guidance: Regular supervision to support you to grow and achieve career goals, as we well as opportunities to shadow across disciplines and participate in our Elevate Career Development and Accelerate Leadership Programs.
  • Wellbeing: 3 extra "Superyou Days" on top of your standard annual leave, because we all just need to take a day sometimes.
  • Professional Development: $1,000 annual fund and 3 paid study days to pursue the specialisations that excite you.
  • Recognition: $3K referral bonuses when you help build our team with talented colleagues.

  • Opportunities to mentor clinicians and be mentored yourself, because we believe we all have something to teach and learn in all stages of our careers.
  • Creative solutions and innovative approaches that are encouraged, not restricted.
