Wesley Chan is an Occupational Therapist based at the Cannington hub. Drawn to helping others, Wesley chose occupational therapy to support people in rediscovering their purpose and independence. Wesley finds the most rewarding part of the job is witnessing clients accomplish goals, using creativity and compassion to help them return to meaningful activities. To Wesley, reimagining therapy means embracing new perspectives, as reflected in the quote: “Heard melodies are sweet, but those unheard / Are sweeter” (Keats, 1820).
