We’re looking for an experienced and values‑driven Clinical Manager to lead our Wanneroo hub, supporting a multidisciplinary team of Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists and Physiotherapists to do their best work—and grow their careers along the way.

About the Role

This is a full‑time, permanent position, based at our Wanneroo office.

As Clinical Manager, you’ll balance people leadership, clinical governance, and strategic thinking, while staying connected to practice.

How You’ll Make an Impact

You will:

• Provide 1:1 coaching and mentoring to lead clinicians and the wider clinical team.
• Foster a culture of clinical excellence, learning, and accountability.
• Contribute to the strategic direction and future growth of Superyou.
• Ensure clinical governance, compliance, and best‑practice standards are met.
• Monitor budgets, resources, and billable hour requirements.
• Stay current with NDIS and disability sector changes.
• Partner with clinicians to identify innovation and service development opportunities.
• Lead and foster collaborative relationships with community stakeholders to support integrated care and optimise therapeutic outcomes.
• Address operational challenges impacting service quality and efficiency.
• Manage client and employee complaints and incidents with care and professionalism.
• Maintain a small caseload within your discipline and interests (when required).

About You:

You’re a confident, compassionate leader who believes people do their best work when they feel supported.

You bring:

• A tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, or Physiotherapy
• 5+ years’ experience as a senior clinician in disability services
• Proven leadership skills with a coaching‑focused approach
• A strong commitment to quality, ethics, and clinical governance
• Openness to innovation and new ways of working
• Experience in strategic growth or service development
• Sound operational and financial capability, including billable hour targets

• Relevant Board Registration
• Australian Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Working with Children’s Check
