with ease, clinicians’ calendars run smoothly and every client receives the
support they need. Location: Flexible! We have locations at Cannington,
Wanneroo, Bassendean, Mandurah and Fremantle for you to choose from, with
willingness to travel to varying locations as required. Superyou Therapy is a WA-based, NDIS and privately funded

Your Role As a crucial member of our team, you'll:
- Coordinate
and schedule clinician calendars and therapy resources efficiently to
support seamless service delivery
- Liaise
with clients, families, allied health professionals and external
stakeholders to schedule services, ensuring a positive client
experience
- Organise
client appointments within your designated region/allocation
- Resolve
scheduling matters promptly and effectively, ensuring seamless operations
- Be
open to learning, feedback and continuous improvement
- Work
autonomously and be part of a collaborative and supportive team
- Demonstrate
strong multitasking and prioritisation skills, even in a fast-paced
environment
- Previous
scheduling or logistics experience is an advantage but not essential
- Use
scheduling systems confidently and accurately, ensuring data is current
and supports efficient business operations
- This
role reports to the Team Leader - Scheduling
What You Need
- Australian
Drivers Licence and reliable vehicle
- NDIS
Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain it
