If you're passionate about improving lives through innovation, love juggling tasks, and want to be part of something genuinely meaningful, this could be your next move.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Responding to enquiries and referrals quickly and professionally
  • Chatting with clients to understand their assistive tech needs
  • Managing online sales platforms (e.g. Shopify, Amazon) and client/inventory systems to keep things running smoothly
  • Coordinating timely delivery of products and services
  • Supporting our clinicians by scheduling appointments, organising equipment hire and other admin support
  • Promoting Superyou Tech through marketing, campaigns and outreach
  • Following our client workflows and suggesting improvements where needed
  • Assisting the Operations Manager on day-to-day functions and special projects

What you’ll bring:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Comfortable working with (or willing to learn) eCommerce platforms like Shopify and Amazon.
  • Tech-savvy and adaptable across various digital tools
  • A proactive, customer service mindset, you genuinely love helping people
  • Ability to work independently from home (with minimum 2 days per week in the office)

Bonus points if you also have:

  • Experience in disability or NDIS-related client engagement
  • Knowledge of allied health services or assistive technology
  • Previous exposure to online sales platforms
  • An understanding of the needs of people with disabilities from diverse backgrounds
