communication while being well supported as you continue to build your skills. In this role, you will:
- Work
closely with clients and their families or support networks to help them
communicate in ways that feel authentic and empowering.
- Strengthen
your clinical reasoning and therapy skills with the support of regular
supervision and collaboration.
- Apply
and further develop your understanding of neuroaffirming practice, with
encouragement to explore how this aligns with your own therapy approach.
- Try
new ideas and approaches in a safe, supportive environment that values
curiosity and learning.
- Collaborate
with a highly supportive multidisciplinary team to create therapy that
builds confidence far beyond the therapy room.
- Have
1-2 years of experience as a Speech Pathologist
