Job Title Speech Pathologist
Location Cannington
Position Description

Speech Pathologist

People choose to work at Superyou because our genuine work/life balance, strong culture of support and neuroaffirming ways of working are at the heart of everything we do. We offer more than just a job — we offer the space to grow into the clinician you are becoming.

We are upfront about our values.

At Superyou, we prioritise flexibility, collaboration and wellbeing, because we know that this is essential for you as a clinician in your early stages of your careers to feel confident, supported and sustainable in the workplace.

We actively seek team feedback and love seeing our clinicians grow in confidence from consolidating their clinical foundations to exploring their own style, interests and strengths.

If you are looking for an environment that:

  • Leads with clear values-based decision making.
  • Celebrates your wins while supporting you through challenges.
  • Encourages honest feedback and reflective practice.
  • Gives you flexibility and autonomy as your confidence grows.
  • Sets you up with the freedom to work how you want, because we know success looks different for everyone.

…then this could be your next step (and we would love to meet you).

Changing lives and growing as a clinician

As a Superyou Speech Pathologist, you will experience the joys, challenges and breakthroughs that come with helping clients unlock communication while being well supported as you continue to build your skills.

In this role, you will:

  • Work closely with clients and their families or support networks to help them communicate in ways that feel authentic and empowering.
  • Strengthen your clinical reasoning and therapy skills with the support of regular supervision and collaboration.
  • Apply and further develop your understanding of neuroaffirming practice, with encouragement to explore how this aligns with your own therapy approach.
  • Try new ideas and approaches in a safe, supportive environment that values curiosity and learning.
  • Collaborate with a highly supportive multidisciplinary team to create therapy that builds confidence far beyond the therapy room.
  • Have 1-2 years of experience as a Speech Pathologist

What we offer you at Superyou

  • Competitive salary
  • $14.4K vehicle allowance
  • Up to $18,550 in salary packaging to maximise your take‑home pay.
  • Flexible working arrangements that adapt to your life not the other way around
  • Regular, high‑quality supervision tailored to your experience level.
  • Opportunities to shadow across disciplines.
  • Access to our Elevate Career Development Program and Accelerate Leadership Program as you grow.
  • 3 additional Superyou Days on top of your annual leave, because rest matters
  • $1,000 annual PD budget
  • 3 paid study days to pursue areas that genuinely interest you.
  • $3,000 referral bonuses for helping us grow our team.

Your values are our values.

At Superyou, you will be supported to prioritise what matters to you, including:

  • Working alongside passionate, collaborative clinicians who genuinely have your back.
  • Being part of one of Western Australia’s fastest‑growing allied health providers
  • Being recognised not just for your clinical outcomes, but for how you show up.
  • Contributing to a strong, evolving neuroaffirming practice
  • Being mentored and gradually mentoring others as your confidence grows
  • Trying creative, flexible approaches that are encouraged, not restricted.

No two clinicians are the same and we value what you uniquely bring.

Ready to apply.

We actively welcome applications from People with Disability, First Nations Peoples, LGBTIQA+ people and individuals from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds. Diverse perspectives make our work stronger.

Find career fulfilment without risking burnout.
