What you'll Do as a Clinician As an Occupational Therapist at Superyou, you'll: - Deliver high-quality, person-centred therapy across NDIS, paediatric and adult settings, applying strong clinical reasoning in your day-to-day work.
- Build capability and confidence in your practice with support from Senior Clinicians, using feedback, supervision and reflection to grow.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families and support networks to deliver meaningful outcomes beyond the therapy room
- Contribute to great outcomes for participants through thoughtful assessments, goal settings and intervention planning.
- Work across diverse environments including home, school, workplace and community settings.
- Develop your clinical interests and begin exploring areas of specialisations with guidance and support.
- Engage in professional development and actively participate in Superyou's clinical community of practice.
What we're looking for Essentials - 1-4 years post-registration experience with demonstrated depth in OT practice
- APRHA registration as an Occupational Therapist
- Ability to work autonomously
- Commitment to neuro-affirming, person-centred practice.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- WA driver's licence
Desirable - Experience working in NDIS-funded services
- Additional qualifications or specialisations (sensory integration, mental health, assistive technology, etc)
- Interest in leadership, clinical governance or service development
- Experience in hybrid/telehealth service delivery
