Suzanne Lim is Superyou’s Clinical Manager of Bassendean, and a Speech Pathologist with 13 years of experience in the disability sector. Inspired by witnessing the transformative power of communication during volunteer work, she’s passionate about helping neurodivergent clients, particularly those who are autistic. At Superyou, Suzanne enjoys supporting her team and seeing clients achieve their goals. She believes in a creative and innovative approach to therapy. Her advice to students? Seek out as many hands-on experiences as possible.
Maddie Statham
Maddie Statham is a Team Lead Occupational Therapist who is passionate about helping people while enjoying her work. Initially aspiring to be a physiotherapist, she found her calling in occupational therapy after witnessing the impactful work OTs do. Maddie is part of the mealtimes and SDA teams, and has roles in clinical governance, FCA and psychosocial support spaces. She loves her team and appreciates the variety in her daily tasks, which keeps her job interesting as she works with a diverse range of clients.
