Alexandra is an Occupational Therapist with a strong passion for supporting people to participate meaningfully in their everyday lives. She is drawn to occupational therapy’s focus on function and enjoys working alongside individuals to engage in activities that matter to them, including self‑care, play, movement, and daily routines. The holistic nature of the profession strongly resonates with her, particularly the creativity and problem‑solving involved in tailoring supports to each individual.
Alexandra’s practice is centred on supporting functional outcomes, with a particular interest in fine and gross motor skill development and building skills that enhance everyday participation. She values the broad scope of occupational therapy and enjoys working with diverse presentations and age groups, continually motivated by opportunities to learn, grow, and expand her clinical knowledge and experience.
She especially enjoys building strong, trusting relationships with clients and supporting them to work towards meaningful, individualised goals. Seeing small changes create a meaningful impact in someone’s daily life is one of the most rewarding parts of her role. She also values the variety occupational therapy offers, with no two clients or days ever the same.
Alexandra joined Superyou because of the organisation’s strong focus on growth, learning, and collaboration. She was drawn to the supportive team environment and the opportunity to work alongside experienced clinicians, and felt closely aligned with Superyou’s client‑centred and innovative approach to therapy. In her role, Alexandra brings curiosity, commitment, and a genuine passion for supporting clients and families to build confidence, independence, and participation in everyday life.
