Caitlin Stuart is an Occupational Therapist who supports adults with physical, neurological, and intellectual disabilities, as well as autistic adults and children. She also works with individuals who experience challenges related to ADHD and executive functioning, and enjoys supporting clients with diverse needs across different stages of life. Caitlin is passionate about delivering therapy that is practical, individualised, and grounded in each person’s strengths and goals.
Caitlin has a strong interest in interoception, emotional regulation, and sensory regulation, and brings a neuro‑affirming, strengths‑based approach to all aspects of her practice. She values building trusting, open, and collaborative relationships with clients and their families, taking the time to truly understand what matters to them and how they work best together. Caitlin’s sessions are client‑centred and supportive, and she especially enjoys bringing fun, playfulness, and a bit of silliness into her work with children to help them feel comfortable, engaged, and confident.
Outside of work, Caitlin loves being outdoors and enjoys camping, walking, hiking, going to the beach, and travelling whenever she can. She plays netball, enjoys cooking and trying new foods, and spends quality time with her pet rabbit. What Caitlin loves most about her work is building genuine connections with clients and families and knowing she is making a positive difference. She aims to bring a big smile to every session and hopes to make each client’s day just a little bit brighter.
