Emma is a thoughtful and dedicated clinician who is passionate about helping clients express themselves in ways that feel authentic, empowering, and uniquely suited to their needs. With experience supporting both adults and children across disability contexts, she brings a calm, intentional approach to every session and values the relationships she builds along the way.
Emma is especially passionate about augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) and working with the paediatric population. She believes communication should always feel meaningful and accessible, and she considers it an honour to support clients as they discover new ways to connect with the world around them. For Emma, being part of someone’s journey toward greater confidence, independence, and self‑expression is deeply rewarding.
Known for her flexibility and open‑mindedness, Emma thrives on creative problem‑solving. She embraces collaboration, thinks outside the box, and continually refines her practice to ensure truly neuroaffirming care. Whether she’s adjusting therapy approaches, incorporating feedback, or following a client’s lead during playful, engaging sessions, she always aims to ensure clients feel safe and supported during their sessions.
Emma was drawn to this practice for its genuine commitment to both clients and clinicians, and she values being part of a team that works wholeheartedly to make therapy meaningful. Outside of work, you’ll often find her enjoying coastal walks and spending time with her dog, two things that never fail to bring her joy!
