Eve Williams is a Speech Pathologist who is passionate about supporting people to communicate with confidence, independence, and a strong sense of self. She enjoys working across the lifespan and has supported individuals from early childhood through to older adulthood, valuing the meaningful impact that communication can have on everyday life, relationships, and participation.
Eve has experience supporting people with physical disabilities and neurological conditions, including Parkinson’s disease, dementia, and stroke, as well as autistic individuals and people with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). She has a strong interest in supporting communication within adult and aged care populations and is particularly passionate about the use of augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) to enhance communication, participation, and connection.
Eve takes a neurodiversity‑affirming approach to therapy, valuing each client’s individuality and supporting them to recognise and build on their strengths. Clients can expect a collaborative, respectful, and strengths‑based approach, with therapy tailored to what matters most to them and their daily lives.
Eve has completed professional development across a range of areas that support her practice, including the Hanen Program (More Than Words), Sounds‑Write, neurodiversity‑affirming approaches to stuttering therapy, interoception, culturally safe practice, and tongue and oral motor control.
Outside of work, Eve enjoys travelling and spending time outdoors, particularly camping. She also enjoys skating, yoga, basketball, and painting. What Eve finds most meaningful about her work is supporting people to feel heard, valued, and confident, and knowing that their voice and experiences truly matter.
