What drove you to choose a career in your discipline?

I was interested in working with people in a helping profession and had an interest in children’s communication and literacy.

Do you have any special interest areas in therapy?

I’m passionate about the impact that assistive technology, including Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) can have to enable independence, communication, connection with others and ability to meet their goals.

What’s your favourite part of your job?

Getting to know the diverse range of clients I get to work with and seeing them be able to express their personalities and experience more control in their lives with the right AT.
