The benefits of Eat Play Learn include:

Expanding children’s palates: By introducing new foods and textures in a fun and engaging way, the group helps children develop a broader range of tastes and preferences.

Encouraging healthy eating habits: The group promotes healthy eating habits by introducing children to a variety of fruits, vegetables, and other nutritious foods.

Developing social skills: The group offers opportunities for children to interact with their peers, practice sharing and taking turns, and develop other social skills.

Boosting confidence: As children try new foods and experience new tastes and textures, they can develop a sense of accomplishment and confidence in their abilities.
