Thank you for making a referral to Superyou Therapy – your journey with Superyou starts now!

From here, we will email a service agreement for signing to the client or their representative. A Service Agreement sets out what we will both do – in partnership – to ensure our clients receive the best possible services and support from us.

As part of the Service Agreement, we offer an Initial Meeting Package of 3 hours for clients who are unsure on their needs or want to meet our team before committing further.

Please note those 3 hours includes the meeting, travel, and any relevant notes regarding the meeting. For a better understanding on what our Initial Meeting Package offers, please click here for more detailed information.

Alternatively, if you have requested a specific assessment in your referral and we already know how many hours are required for our clinicians to complete this assessment, we will outline these hours in the Service Agreement.

After the service agreement is signed, a scheduler will be in touch to book in the initial meeting with a Superyou clinician. In terms of how far in advance the initial meeting will be scheduled in, our availability is listed on our website here. Please note the capacity times listed on our website begin when we receive a signed Service Agreement and the Scheduler makes contact.

In preparing for your services with Superyou, please:

1. Send through a copy of your NDIS plan, or a screenshot of the Goals page of the plan, to hello@superyou.org.au. If you aren’t sure where your NDIS plan is, the below link can assist you with accessing the NDIS participant portal.
