If you haven’t yet done so, please send through a copy of your NDIS plan, or a screenshot of the Goals page of the plan, to hello@superyou.org.au. We require this prior to the first session.

If you aren’t sure where your NDIS plan is, the below link can assist you with accessing the NDIS participant portal. It is a secure website portal on the Australian Government’s myGov website where you or a person you trust (a nominee or child representative) can access your NDIS information, including your NDIS plan ➡ www.ndis.gov.au/participants/using-your-plan/managing-your-plan/how-use-myplace-portal
