Now, onto your role:

  • Manage a diverse caseload, providing evidence-based assessments and services in various locations, including homes, communities, and our Superyou clinic.
  • Collaborate with NDIS participants, their supports, and healthcare professionals to understand client needs and goals.
  • Design therapy plans and equipment recommendations to support clients.
  • Work with our inter-disciplinary team of Superyou clinicians to share knowledge and ideas.

So, what do you need to join our team?

  • 4+ years of practical experience.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology 
  • SPA registration.
  • Sensory regulation, emotional regulation, and mealtimes experience is a plus.
  • A commitment to delivering person-centred, high-quality services.
  • An ongoing desire to grow and improve professionally.
  • Bring your creative and inquisitive mind, and be willing to try new things! Before you dive in, here are a few things you'll need:
  • Australian Driver's License and a reliable vehicle.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check.
  • Working with Children's Check.
